Page Eight: RSB Appeal Continues
Generally, when appealing a governmental body’s ruling, you file paperwork documenting the factual errors or errors of reason that resulted in the faulty decision, but crazy lady has other methods. These methods involve making up bigger lies and telling them longer, it also involves not living up to the agreements that she had made.
Here I post all three pages of Tengeri’s addendum to appeal. Harmless nut, or dangerous psychopath, you decide.
Page one is full of the same nutty ramblings that we have all become accustomed to by now. In the last paragraph of page 1 (continuing onto page 2) we have something that speaks to Barbara Tengeri’s state of mind, it reads (in part):
…I attempted to use the microwave to heat my food. I noticed the microwave cord was unplugged. I plugged [in] the microwave and it still did not work. I looked around to see if there was an, “out of order” notice. There was no note that stated the microwave was not working. I telephone [sic] 981-5900 and requested to speak to a police officer…
Ha ha ha, the lady is so spun that she called the police to report a broken microwave. I am only surprised that they did not send over an ambulance and have this nut case locked up in the loony bin.
This is also revealing in that we had an agreement that she would stop calling the police with frivolous complaints, that she would run her complaint by someone else to see if it was nutty before calling the police. She is a damn liar. She is probably so spun that she can’t even see the hilarity of her condition. While I could spend a couple of days poking fun at her nutty ramblings, instead I want to focus on issues relating to my dogs.
The final paragraph of page 2 reads (in part):
…I went upstairs to turn lights on and two dogs barked at me. These dogs belong to one of the tenants who appeared at the Examiner Hearing. One of the dogs is vicious and dangerous. He has no business living in a house where rooms are rented out to the public. The black and white dog which is the vicious/dangerous one had barked at me after a few days I moved in almost three years ago. This same dog attacked me on one of my leg and left black/blue/red marks and it stayed like that for weeks…
Wow, she is a teacher? I guess this shows how hard up the Hayward Unified School District is for teachers, you don’t even have to know the English language to teach there.
Constant readers will surely notice that she made no comment of her grandson being attacked. It seems that the embarrassment she experienced at the RSB hearing caused her to drop that line of attack. She put it in the main appeal, but dropped it in the addendum, does this prove the crazy lady is capable of learning? It is also worth noting that now it is Shadow and not Smokey who had bitten her previously. I don’t know about you, but if a dog had bitten me, I would not repeatedly get it mixed up with a dog that is a different size, different color, and different breed.
Once again we are left with the logical conclusion that crazy lady would be dangerous if she were not so utterly stupid.
