Page Eleven: Crazy Lady Goes to Court
Previously Crazy Lady (aka Barbara Tengeri) had received my cease and desist letter and lost at the RSB appeal hearing. In a normal person this would be the end of the story, ahhh, but we are not dealing with a normal person, here we have a person whose madness is burning bright...much to bright for her to let go now.
So how did crazy lady respond? By filing a restraining order of course. I was out of town on vacation when I got a call from home that crazy lady was trying to serve me papers... I was never served, so it was dismissed, she did however get a room mate into court concerning my dogs, the pages below are related to that hearing, but you can see that she was unable to get it together enough to make a cogent statement, only more nutty ramblings, that case too was dismissed.
Below I post 3 pages, the first two relate to the filing against my roommate. You can see that they were written about me, evidently the crazy lady is so spun that she did not see that she had no complaint against the roommate, she is as a rabid animal, gnashing at whoever comes near, blind to the consequences of her nutty actions. The third page is the only one that I have seen relating to my restraining order, and it is a court ordered dismissal.
This is a page out of the filing that Crazy Lady made, I guess she does not know about perjury--or perhaps she is too far gone to care. Crazy lady writes:
She allows Trapps vicious/dangerous dogs to run after and to attack me. They run loose unsupervised in the yard where garbage/recycle bins; inside the house; and the basement.
Looked out, saw jumbo size container under my window. I yelled out I was going to move it and to hold the dogs otherwise I would call police. (I question whether she has, or ever had me followed. I do not TRUST her).
This would all be very funny if it were not so serious, and to restate it...crazy lady would be dangerous were she not so stupid. Read the grammar, she claims to be a teacher but this is the best she can do.
Then, as is her style, crazy lady attached a nutty rambling to her complaint (I leave it huge because of its importance).
Partial transcription:
Mr. John Trapp, tenant, owns two vicious dogs. I have written Landlord, Mr. Stacy Samuels about the dogs....Mr. Trapp dogs have attacked me two times in the past 2 1/2 plus years. Mr. Trapp dogs attacked my grandson. He is 3 1/2 years. One of the two attacks left black, red and blue marks on my right leg....About a month ago, I opened a file with Animal Control... [Note "right leg".]
...Mr. Samuels allows the dogs to run loose where the large garbage and recycling cans are located. One morning, I screamed for help when the dogs attacked me and no one got up to rescue the dogs. Yet, everyone was except one male who left for work about five minutes earlier. Nonetheless, Mr. Trapp cursed at me, by calling me "bitch", "Fuck you" and "nigger".
You can read the rest above... A couple points of interest. First she admits that the dogs are the ones who needed saving...she claims to have been attacked, but does not mention any injury, in fact from reading her nutty addendum it is easy to see that no attack occurred...crazy lady lives in a delusion and believes that if she writes it down it becomes true.
Secondly, she played the race card. I do not use the "N" word. Period. But crazy lady knows that she does not have a case so she writes inflammatory fairy tales attempting to win over a judge/cop/whoever. While this was the first time that she used this epitaph against me, it has been a recurring theme ever since. Last night she even went so far as to exclaim: "I am not a racist, I just don't like white people." Hoo boy...what do you do with that?
Finally, I post the dismissal notice I received from the court:
I put off this post for a long time, the whole race card thing really bothered me...other than trying to have my dogs killed, this is the bottom of the barrel...even for a nut job like Barbara Tengeri.
