I hope to post often enough to keep it interesting. This site is meant to expose the malice, lies, and general dissoluteness of a woman who goes by the name of Barbara Cristina Grant Tengeri (and variations thereof) of Oakland/Piedmont/Berkeley, California.

Why would I do this may be the first question that you ask. This woman has spent the past year and a half trying to label my dogs as being vicious. I own an Australian shepherd and an Australian cattle dog, both of which are loving and well behaved dogs.
To label a dog vicious is a death sentence. This woman has been trying to have my dogs killed for a year and a half. I take that serious. This blog is a last resort after having gone through the stages of asking politely, pleading, and demanding that she cease and desist. Now I bring it out in the open in the hope that this creature will be shamed into doing the right thing and leaving my dogs alone.
Barbara Tengeri moved into our house about 3 ½ years ago, she got along with the dogs and all was well. Over a year after she moved in she came to me with the outlandish claim that Shadow (the Aussie) had bitten her. I was incredulous to say the least. I asked if it had broken the skin, she said no but she had a bruise. She pulled up her pant leg but there was no bruise. In the interest of household relations I offered to introduce her to Shadow so that she could see that Shadow was friendly (remember that this is a dog that has never shown any aggression, ever!) Surely it was incredulous, but I made the offer none-the-less, which she declined. I forgot about it and Tengeri went back to getting along with the dogs.
About a year and a half later, the ACD (Smokey) ran past her grandson, no contact with the child, I am not certain that the dog registered that the child was even there, she simply darted past him to get down the hall. Well the crazy lady (Barbara Tengeri) scooped the child up and started yelling, “I am calling the police, I am calling the police, that dog attacked this child.” She slammed her door and screamed at the household for a while from behind her door, she made a commotion of calling the police (I have no idea if she really called them, they didn’t come over), and that was that.
After that the landlord gave me a notice that she had filed with the RSB claiming that Smokey had attacked her grandson and had bitten her 2 years previously…there was a hearing scheduled in a few weeks about this and other complaints. I, of course, attended the meeting. At the meeting Tengeri admitted that the dog did not attack her grand son, that the dog did not even jump on him. I also informed Barbara Tengeri that Smokey was less than a year old, she surely did not bite her 2 years ago, to which she made no comment. The entire assembled cast chuckled about it and they moved on on the agenda. I thought that would surely be the end of it.
Sadly, no. Instead it escalated. Every time she would enter the upstairs area she would scream, “get your dogs, get your dogs, I’m calling the police”, over and over. She would go through the house beating on everyone’s doors, “get your dogs, get your dogs, I’m calling the police”. I would tell her no, the dogs would ignore her, the house would be in an uproar, she would call the police, the police would not come. And this repeated itself once or twice a week for a couple of months.
Finally, I sent her a cease and desist letter, she responded by filing a restraining order against me, which came to nothing, of course. (post coming)
Lately she has escalated her vile behavior, she drew a cross on her door and called the police and said I did it. It was investigated as a hate crime. (police report forthcoming) Last week she called the police to report that I had threatened her, of course this was another of her obvious lies and it went no where. (police report forthcoming)
How long will this site remain up? I registered the domain for 3
years. It will come down once one of these conditions are met:
1)She moves.
2)She goes 6 months without maligning my dogs—the last date of her vile lies

from Tengeri, stating that she had made it all up and that she was sorry.]
What will be posted here? I plan to post pictures, videos, written complaints by her to the rent stabilization board, her loony diatribes to the landlord, police reports, pretty much anything that falls into my hands and is legal. Everything that I presently plan to post is in the public domain, there will be nothing private that is published, it all comes directly from the public record. It should be noted that while all of the documentation is factual, the analysis is mine and certainly contains bias and opinion.
Tengeri professes to the need of maintaining her reputation (video coming) but she engages in lies and deception, and lawsuit trolling. I am thinking if she has any sanity left she will want this removed more than she wants to use my dogs as pawns in her despicable game. From now until one of the above criteria are met, any time anyone types “Barbara Tengeri” into google, this site will be the top listed response. (or it should be once it gets indexed)
